About REST·AWE Youth
Rest·Awe Youth is a Christian youth community centred on Jesus.
We gather to know him better, grow as his followers, and share the life and joy he brings with others.
We meet together on Friday nights and in smaller groups on Sundays, opening the Bible, praying, supporting one another, and learning what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
If you’re already following Jesus, this is a place to grow deeper and learn to live out your faith. If you’re curious about Jesus and want to explore who he is and why he matters, you’re very welcome to come and check it out.
Who is Rest·Awe for? Youth in years 7-12 (year 6 can join in September)
Where is it? 347 Windsor Street Richmond just up from Pugh’s lagoon and opposite historic Richmond Anglican Church.
Is there a cost? There is no cost to attend Rest·Awe youth. However, we welcome donations, provide dinner at 6pm for $5 and run a canteen where youth can support our mission partners by buying a can of drink or a treat.
FRIDAY NIGHT STRUCTURE
COMMUNITY from 4.00pm
A supervised time to hang out
DINNER at 6.00pm
The youth and leaders share a meal provided by volunteers from our Church. $5 for food, canteen drinks available.
YOUTH GROUP PROGRAM 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Music, a bible talk, games, supper and discussion groups.

2026 T1 - Matthew
Matthew's gospel helps us see Jesus clearly. The promised king, God with us, who has all authority and yet died in our place. Join us this term as we open Matthew's gospel together. We'll be listening to Jesus, Following him, and discovering why he's worth giving your life to. Come ready to lean in, ask honest questions, and see this Jesus.
Sunday Connect Groups
Alongside Friday nights, Rest·Awe youth also meets in smaller connect groups on Sundays to read the Bible, pray, care for each other and have fun! Join a connect group to grow in your faith, build friendships and get connected to the wider church. CONNECT GROUPS THIS YEAR:
Junior High (yr 7-9) During the 10am service.
Senior High (yr 10-12) Sundays from 4.30-6.30pm
10-12 Apr | KYCK
Rest·Awe Youth is going to KYCK! From the 10-12 of April we'll be heading up to Katoomba to join thousands of other teenagers gathering around Jesus to hear his word in the bible, praise his name in song and so much more! Rego and details will be available soon, but for now, lock the dates in your calendar! You won't want to miss this!
